Properties listed as Green are generally flat or close to it, Hill is land that cannot be made flat, Oceanview means that at some level you can see the water, and Rock may be either flat or hilly. Unlike some sellers, we try to tell you how it is in the description - if it is Nice Flat Green rest assured that it is, if it is ugly rock, we tell you!
Properties listed as Waterfront are generally properties that have both land and water. Ocean properties are Water only. Water properties are great, as you can build on the water, under the water, or in the sky, giving you the most flexibility in building choices. We often carry some rare and highly prized waterfront properties. Many of these are 'Protected', which means they border Linden protected land or water (this is land owned by Linden Labs which will never be sold or built on). Protected borders give you a buffer zone and often offer unblockable views which will always be there for you to enjoy.
